Your Strategic & Technical Mission

Generative AI Architecture & Deployment

• System Design: Architect end-to-end Generative AI pipelines, from data ingestion and fine-tuning to real-time inference and monitoring.

• Production Excellence: Build and scale “production-ready” AI systems that meet enterprise standards for latency, security, and reliability.

• Mobility Innovation: Apply GenAI to sector-specific challenges, such as predictive transit maintenance, automated customer support, and intelligent routing optimizations.

Leadership & Process Optimization

• Strategic Roadmap: Align AI capabilities with business goals, identifying high-impact opportunities for automation and optimization.

• Technical Mentorship: Lead a high-performance team of engineers, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and rigorous engineering discipline.

• Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to ensure AI deployments deliver tangible ROI and efficiency gains across the organization.

Advanced Engineering & Guardrails

• LLM Orchestration: Implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agentic workflows to ground AI outputs in factual, sector-specific data.

• Ethics & Safety: Enforce strict AI safety protocols, focusing on bias mitigation, data privacy, and the “explainability” of generative outputs.

What You Bring to beBeeGenerative

• Deep Expertise: Over 7 years of experience in the AI/ML field, with a significant and proven focus on Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers, etc.).

• Sector Savvy: Experience (or a strong interest) in the mobility or transportation industry.

• Proven Delivery: A track record of moving AI projects from research/prototype stages to full-scale, live production environments.
