Working in partnership with Microsoft, you will design and deploy domain-specific reasoning agents and LLM-based applications that scale across the entire Azure stack. Key Responsibilities

• Model Orchestration: Design and implement large-scale ML pipelines and integrate Agentic Pipelines for sophisticated AI reasoning and task execution.

• Production Deployment: Manage AI services using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and seamless scalability.

• LLMOps Leadership: Drive best practices for the lifecycle management of Large Language Models, including versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.

• System Optimization: Dramatically reduce latency and improve throughput for LLM-based applications using frameworks like VLLM .

• Collaborative Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams and global industry giants to deliver AI Search integrations and tailored domain-specific models.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Professional Depth: 5+ years of experience in ML engineering with a heavy focus on cloud-scale deployment.

• Technical Stack: Proficiency in Azure Pipelines , AKS, and container orchestration is essential.

• LLM Specialization: Hands-on experience with VLLM and Slang for serving and optimizing large language models.

• DevOps for ML: Mastery of CI/CD specifically tailored for machine learning workflows and Infrastructure as Code.

• Agentic AI: Familiarity with modern deployment techniques and the orchestration of AI agents.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field.
