As a Senior Engineer, you will be the primary technical authority on-site. You will oversee the entire execution lifecycle, from initial setting out and earthworks to the final structural handover. Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of civil works, ensuring all site activities align with the approved shop drawings and project specifications.

• Site Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain high productivity and workmanship standards.

• Technical Coordination: Resolve on-site technical clashes between civil, structural, and MEP services, providing immediate engineering solutions to avoid delays.

• Quality & Safety Oversight: Enforce strict adherence to UAE health and safety regulations (OSHAD) and conduct rigorous quality inspections for reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring.

• Resource Management: Optimize the allocation of manpower, machinery, and materials on-site to minimize waste and control project costs.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Attend site meetings with consultants and clients to provide technical updates and facilitate the approval of work inspections (WIRs).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering .

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in civil construction within the UAE (specifically Abu Dhabi experience is preferred).

• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of concrete technology, steel reinforcement, and infrastructure works.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead large site teams and manage subcontractors under pressure.

• Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred to support ongoing project milestones.

• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project for schedule tracking and drawing review.
