This is an elite role designed for someone who has witnessed the evolution of computing from traditional logic to modern neural architectures. We are looking for a heavyweight developer with 10 to 15+ years of experience who can combine the rigor of classic software engineering with the experimental edge of Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will be the bridge between “proof of concept” and “mission-critical production,” ensuring that the AI ​​systems we build for our top-tier clients are scalable, secure, and computationally optimized.

Your Technical & Strategic Mission

Enterprise-Grade GenAI Orchestration

• System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of high-availability AI systems, focusing on multi-agent orchestration, complex RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and robust API layers.

• Production Excellence: Ensure models are not just functional but “enterprise-ready,” with strict adherence to latency requirements, security protocols, and safety guardrails.

• Computational Optimization: Leverage your deep background in math and physics to optimize model performance, using techniques like quantization, distillation, and custom pruning for specific hardware targets.

Data Science & Advanced Modeling

• Computational Modeling: Apply advanced statistical and data science techniques to validate model outputs and design proprietary evaluation frameworks (LLM-as-a-Judge).

• Research Integration: Translate the latest breakthroughs from academic papers into functional code, staying ahead of the curve in transformer architectures and diffusion models.

• Complex Data Strategy: Lead the curation of high-quality, domain-specific training and fine-tuning datasets to ensure model superiority in specialized sectors like Finance or Oil & Gas.

Technical Leadership

• Consulting Authority: Act as the primary technical advisor to C-suite clients, articulating the ROI and architectural trade-offs of various AI strategies.

• Mentorship & Quality: Set the gold standard for code quality, documentation, and MLOps within the engineering team, mentoring the next generation of AI developers.
