Are you an AI visionary ready to transition from chatbots to Autonomous Banking ? TAT IT Technologies is looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to lead a mission-critical deployment for a premier banking client in Abu Dhabi .

In 2026, the UAE banking sector has reached a tipping point: AI is no longer just an “advisor”—it is an agent . In this role, you will architect the “Self-Driving Bank.” You will move beyond simple RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to build Multi-Agent Systems that can reason through complex loan applications, orchestrate cross-border compliance, and handle multimodal (Text + Vision) customer interactions in both English and Arabic . This is your chance to build production-grade, sovereign AI on Azure for one of the most sophisticated financial hubs in the world.

Your Technical & Architectural Mission

Agentic Systems & Multi-Agent Orchestration

• Autonomous Workflows: Design and implement agentic architectures using LangGraph or LangChain that allow AI to use tools, plan multi-step actions, and self-correct.

• Banking-Grade RAG: Build high-performance Generative AI pipelines using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search , optimized for complex financial datasets.

• Agent Orchestration: (Good to have) Leverage frameworks like Semantic Kernel or Microsoft Agentic Framework to manage groups of specialized agents (eg, a “Compliance Agent” talking to a “Lending Agent”).

Multimodal & Multilingual Intelligence

• Vision & Document AI: Implement Azure AI Document Intelligence and OpenCV to automate high-volume document processing, from passport verification to handwritten loan forms.

• Bilingual Arabic/English: Architect solutions that maintain cultural and linguistic nuance in both Arabic and English, ensuring seamless customer journeys across the UAE.

• Vector Strategies: Design sophisticated embedding and hybrid retrieval strategies using Azure AI Search to handle high-dimensional financial data.

Production-Scale Engineering

• Cloud-Native Deployment: Build and scale services using FastAPI, Docker, and Azure Container Services .

• High-Performance Data: Integrate Azure Cosmos DB to manage real-time state and memory for long-running agent conversations.

• Enterprise MLOps: Own the end-to-end lifecycle with CI/CD pipelines , Git-based workflows, and rigorous LLM evaluation frameworks.

What You Bring to TAT IT Technologies

• Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML/GenAI, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale systems.

• Domain Mastery: Significant experience in Banking or Financial Services is mandatory.

• The Azure Stack: Deep expertise in Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Foundry .

• Framework Fluency: Hands-on mastery of LangChain or LangGraph .

• Engineering Rigor: Strong Python, SQL, and FastAPI skills, with a “design for scale” mindset.

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi .
