Your Technical & Research Mission

Advanced Algorithm Engineering

• Deep Learning Innovation: Develop and implement state-of-the-art neural architectures using Python, focusing on areas such as transformers, reinforcement learning, or graph neural networks.

• Research to Production: Translate high-level research papers into efficient, production-ready code, ensuring mathematical accuracy is balanced with computational performance.

• Algorithmic Optimization: Refine model performance through advanced hyperparameter tuning, weight quantization, and pruning techniques.

Distributed Systems & Infrastructure

• Scalable Architectures: Design and oversee the implementation of large-scale distributed systems capable of handling Petabytes of data and massive model parameters.

• Compute Orchestration: Utilize distributed training frameworks (like Horovod or DeepSpeed) to optimize GPU/TPU cluster utilization.

• High-Performance Data Pipelines: Build resilient data ingestion and processing systems that feed your research models with low-latency, high-throughput streams.

Strategic Research Leadership

• Pioneering Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of AI research, identifying emerging trends that can be productized into cutting-edge solutions for the beBee ecosystem.

What You Bring to beBeeResearch

• Education: Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, or a related quantitative field.

• Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in AI research or Machine Learning Engineering, with a proven history of deploying complex systems.

• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
