Job Description: Brand Manager (Influencer Collaborations)
Are you a master of the “pitch” with an extensive black book of contacts in the travel and hospitality sectors? KachaPakka , a rapidly growing multi-platform creator in the Travel & Lifestyle niche, is seeking a results-driven Brand Manager to monetize an engaged audience of over 50,000 followers.
This is a high-incentive, commission-based role for a professional who understands the value of niche influence. KachaPakka delivers authentic destination experiences and cultural insights to a dedicated community across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. We need a strategic partner to transform this engagement into lucrative brand partnerships. If you are an expert negotiator who can navigate the world of F&B, hospitality, and lifestyle branding, this role offers a generous, tiered commission structure with no ceiling on your earnings.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Proactively scout and secure paid collaborations with relevant brands (Hotels, Airlines, Tourism Boards, F&B outlets, and Lifestyle products).

Strategic Negotiation: Advocate for the creator’s value, negotiating competitive rates and clear deliverables that protect both the creator’s brand and the client’s ROI.

Relationship Management: Act as the professional point of contact for all brand inquiries, managing end-to-end communication from the initial pitch to the final follow-up.

Campaign Coordination: For the “end-to-end” tier, oversee the execution of deliverables, ensuring the creator meets brand requirements on time and within scope.

Contract Oversight: Ensure all partnership agreements are clearly documented and that payments are processed post-collaboration.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven Track Record: Experience in talent management or brand PR, specifically within the UAE travel and lifestyle market.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to professionally handle “rate card” discussions and maximize the value of every deal.

Industry Network: Existing relationships with marketing managers and PR agencies in the Middle East.

Communication: Flawless professional communication in English; a second language is a plus.

Portfolio: Able to demonstrate previous successful collaborations and creative profiles managed.
Commission Structure (Deal-Based)

20% Commission: For providing qualified brand leads only.

25% Commission: For lead generation + handling negotiations and follow-ups.

40% Commission (Preferred): For full end-to-end management of the collaboration.
