Job Description: Sales & Site/Office Engineer (Interior Fit-Out)

M. AL DARMAKI / TOTAL INTERIOR SOLUTIONS , a prominent name in Abu Dhabi’s interior fit-out and architectural solutions sector, is seeking a versatile Sales & Site/Office Engineer . This is a multi-functional role designed for a “hands-on” professional who can manage the technical, commercial, and supervisory aspects of a project from inception to handover.

In this position, you will be the bridge between the design office and the construction site. You will move seamlessly from drafting precision shop drawings in AutoCAD to preparing commercial quotations, and finally to the site to supervise the physical execution of works. This role is ideal for a proactive engineer who enjoys a dynamic environment where technical design meets project management and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Drafting: Prepare detailed architectural shop drawings, layouts, and sectional details using AutoCAD to ensure design feasibility and client approval.

• Commercial Estimation: Analyze project requirements to prepare accurate quotations , cost estimates, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

• Site Supervision: Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all interior and civil works are executed according to the approved drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Contract Administration: Assist in managing project contracts, documentation, and variations to ensure the project remains within scope and budget.

• Project Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the client, subcontractors, and the management team to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering , Architecture , or a Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering .

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory for preparing technical drawings.

• Experience: Previous experience in site supervision, project engineering, or interior fit-out is preferred.

• Certifications: Knowledge of Contract Administration is a significant advantage.

• Nationality Preference: Open to Indian and Filipino candidates.

• Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is highly advantageous for visiting various project sites across Abu Dhabi.
