AMC MOTORS TRADING LLC SHARJAH is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with a sharp strategic mind and a deep passion for the automotive industry. As a key leader in our Sharjah showroom, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing high-level client relationships, and leading a dynamic sales team towards exceeding monthly targets.

In this role, you aren’t just selling vehicles; you are managing the lifecycle of the customer experience. We are looking for a professional who can transition seamlessly from high-stakes “closing” negotiations to coaching the sales team on lead generation and cold-calling techniques. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the sales executive team, ensuring all members are aligned with monthly KPIs and company sales strategies.

• Sales Strategy & Closing: Drive the end-to-end sales process, from identifying prospects through cold calling to final price negotiations and high-pressure closing.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee customer handling protocols using CRM tools to ensure maximum lead conversion and long-term client retention.

• Market & Product Expertise: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of automotive trends and inventory specifications to provide expert consultation to clients.

• Financial Reporting: Utilize MS Excel to track sales performance, manage inventory data, and present regular progress reports to senior management.

• Multilingual Coordination: Utilize Hindi and English fluency to effectively communicate with our diverse supplier and customer base.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: * Minimum 5 to 7 years of total sales experience.

  • At least 4 years of specific experience in the Automotive/Automobile sector.

  • Prior experience in a managerial or team leadership capacity is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and high proficiency in MS Excel .

• Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory for this position.

• Core Competencies: Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset focused on aggressive market growth.
