This role is designed for a “people person” who thrives on the energy of the sales floor and possesses the professional grit to consistently exceed targets.

As the primary ambassador for the brand, you will go beyond simple transactions to create a consultative shopping experience. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing expert product advice, and building a loyal client base that returns for your exceptional service. Your Impact & Key Responsibilities

• Sales Excellence: Proactively engage with customers to drive revenue, ensuring that both individual KPIs and collective store targets are consistently met or surpassed.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build authentic rapport with visitors, handling inquiries and resolving complaints with a level of professionalism that fosters long-term brand loyalty.

• Visual Merchandising & Operations: Maintain a pristine and high-energy sales environment by managing floor displays, organizing inventory, and ensuring the store remains visually appealing.

• Transaction Management: Accurately operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, manage cash and digital financial transactions, and maintain meticulous records of daily receipts.

• Market Knowledge: Stay ahead of the curve by mastering product specifications, new arrivals, and promotional campaigns to provide the most relevant advice to customers.

• Collaborative Growth: Participate in monthly performance reviews and sales meetings, providing actionable feedback to help the team refine sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory.

• Experience: Previous success in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred, specifically with a proven track record of hitting sales milestones.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to “read” customer needs and multitask effectively during peak shopping hours.

• Technical Skills: Basic mathematical proficiency for transaction handling and comfort using modern retail technologies and POS systems.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate retail traffic.

• Language: Strong verbal and written communication in English is essential.
