Job Description: Sales & Application Engineer (Oil & Gas Chemicals)

In this dual-impact role, you are both the architect of the deal and the engineer of the solution. You won’t just be selling chemicals; you will be designing treatment programs that optimize production, ensure water quality, and solve complex operational challenges in the field. This role requires a high-energy professional with a deep understanding of the GCC Oil & Gas market and the technical grit to provide hands-on support at client sites. Your Technical & Commercial Mission
Business Development & Market Growth

Strategic Sales: Promote and sell a comprehensive portfolio of oil & gas chemicals, including production, drilling, water treatment, and Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) chemicals.

Account Management: Build and nurture high-level relationships with operators, EPC contractors, and drilling service companies across the Middle East.

Tender Leadership: Prepare winning technical-commercial proposals, manage pricing strategies, and lead contract negotiations to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Chemical Application Engineering

Program Design: Design and recommend optimized chemical treatment programs tailored to specific field conditions and reservoir requirements.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze field data to monitor chemical performance, troubleshooting operational issues and implementing real-time corrective measures.

Technical Synthesis: Prepare detailed post-job evaluations and technical performance summaries that demonstrate value and “return on investment” to the client.
Customer & Field Interface

Site Deployment: Act as the primary technical interface, conducting site visits, audits, and product trials to ensure chemical programs are running at peak efficiency.

Technical Advocacy: Deliver high-impact presentations and product training to client engineering teams, showcasing the performance-driven nature of our solutions.

HSE Stewardship: Ensure every field operation and chemical application complies with the highest HSE standards and regional regulations.
What You Bring to Welldone Fine Chemicals

Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Industry Veteran: 5–10 years of experience specifically in Oil & Gas chemicals, with a proven track record in the GCC/Middle East market.
