Job Description: Site Registered Nurse (Project-Based)

Via Medica International is urgently hiring Site Registered Nurses (RNs) to support our expanding healthcare projects across Abu Dhabi. This is an “Immediate Start” position designed for agile nursing professionals who enjoy working in dynamic, non-traditional clinical environments.

As a Site RN, you will be the primary medical point of contact on various project locations, ensuring that safety protocols are met and high-quality clinical care is delivered on-site. Core Responsibilities

• On-Site Clinical Care: Provide immediate nursing interventions, health screenings, and primary care services within project-specific locations.

• Rapid Response: Act as the first responder for any on-site medical emergencies, stabilizing patients for transport if necessary.

• Safety & Compliance: Monitor and implement health and safety standards to ensure a proactive approach to injury prevention.

• Patient Advocacy: Maintain meticulous medical records and provide health consultations to project personnel.

• Resource Management: Manage on-site medical supplies and equipment, ensuring the site is always prepared for clinical needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Licensure: An active DOH (Department of Health) or HAAD Registered Nurse license is mandatory.

• Availability: Immediate Start is highly preferred; candidates should be currently residing in the UAE or have a processed notice period.

• Experience: Previous experience in site nursing, occupational health, or emergency care is a significant advantage.

• Soft Skills: Ability to work autonomously, excellent English communication, and a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.
