Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Leadership: Take full accountability for store KPIs, driving aggressive sales growth through strategic floor management and operational efficiency.

  • Inventory & Asset Management: Meticulously monitor stock levels and inventory turnover to ensure product availability while maintaining 100% data accuracy.

  • Customer Experience Excellence: Set the gold standard for service, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and well-being.

  • Talent Development: Act as a dedicated coach, identifying performance gaps and implementing development plans to upskill the store team and prepare future leaders.

  • Operational Integrity: Oversee daily store administration, including scheduling, compliance, and visual merchandising standards, to ensure a seamless “shop floor” experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: * 5-7 years of total experience in the retail industry.

    • A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Department Manager).

  • Linguistic Skills: * Fluency in English is mandatory for reporting and corporate communication.

    • Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a significant advantage for localized customer engagement.

  • Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical skills for sales tracking, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a “lead-by-example” management style.

  • Work Level: This is a Mid-Senior Level position requiring independent decision-making and strategic thinking.
