Key Responsibilities

Project Planning: Assist in developing project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.

Operational Support: Support the Program Manager in overseeing various IT and training programs, ensuring deadlines are met.

Task Management: Use tools like Microsoft Project or JIRA to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize team tasks.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams—from Python developers to Digital Marketers—to ensure cohesive project delivery.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, meeting minutes, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Familiarity: Understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex workflows.

Self-Discipline: As a remote role, you must be proactive and able to work independently.
