In this role, you will be a key contributor to our multi-tenant SaaS platform, building the next generation of educational portals. We aren’t just looking for someone who can write JavaScript; we want an engineer who leverages AI-driven development to accelerate workflows and innovate on user interfaces. Working under the direct mentorship of a Senior Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex backend data and intuitive, high-performance student and educator experiences.

Your Technical & AI-Driven Mission

SaaS Architecture & Portal Development

• Multi-Framework Agility: Build and enhance web portals using both Angular and React, maintaining a unified design language across a multi-tenant SaaS ecosystem.

• Component Engineering: Create reusable, accessible, and performant UI components that can be white-labeled for various educational institutions.

• Performance Optimization: Audit and improve frontend performance, focusing on minimizing load times and ensuring smooth interactions for users in diverse network conditions.

AI-Enhanced Workflow & Innovation

• AI Tool Integration: Actively utilize AI coding assistants (like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT) to refactor code, generate unit tests, and accelerate the development lifecycle.

• Intelligent UI: Collaborate with the product team to explore and implement AI-driven UI features, such as personalized learning dashboards and automated content tagging.

• Continuous Growth: Evolve your technical stack through structured mentorship, moving from mid-level execution to senior-level architectural thinking.

Collaboration & Quality

• Backend Synergy: Work in lockstep with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow across the SaaS platform.

• Code Integrity: Participate in peer code reviews and maintain high standards for documentation and version control (Git).

What You Bring to MindBase

• Technical Background: Solid experience in JavaScript (ES6+) and a proven track record with Angular (React experience is a strong plus).

• SaaS Mindset: Understanding of multi-tenant architectures and how to manage state across complex applications.
