Job Description: Registered Nurse (Flexible Clinical Deployment)

Via Medica International Healthcare is looking for versatile and proactive Registered Nurses to join our elite operational divisions in Abu Dhabi. This is a unique opportunity for a nursing professional who thrives on variety; you won’t be confined to a single ward. Instead, you will be deployed across Academic Health centers , specialized clinical sites, and community healthcare facilities based on evolving operational needs.

In this role, you act as a clinical ambassador for Via Medica, delivering gold-standard care while adapting to different medical environments—from outpatient clinics to academic training settings. Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Dynamic Care Delivery: Assess, implement, and evaluate high-quality patient care plans across diverse specialties (Med-Surg, Outpatient, or Community Health).

• Clinical Vigilance: Monitor patient vitals and conditions with precision, ensuring immediate reporting and intervention when status changes occur.

• Health Education: Empower patients and their families through clear education on treatment plans and preventive wellness.

• Collaborative Synergy: Work seamlessly alongside physicians, academic educators, and multidisciplinary teams to meet the unique needs of each assigned division.

• Regulatory Excellence: Maintain strict compliance with DOH Abu Dhabi regulations and internal quality improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent recognized degree.

• Licensing: A valid DOH Abu Dhabi RN License (or a verified Eligibility Letter).

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Those with a background in the UAE healthcare system will be prioritized.

• Certifications: Current BLS is mandatory; ACLS is highly preferred.

• Agility: A genuine willingness to rotate across different clinical environments and divisions as required.
