Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital is seeking a highly organized and patient-focused Outpatient Registered Nurse to join our premier facility in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibility Areas

• Collaborative Clinical Care: Partner with the multi-professional team to deliver high-quality nursing care that meets both clinical standards and UAE legislation.

• Risk Management & Patient Safety: Proactively identify and mitigate clinical risks, ensuring strict adherence to patient safety protocols.

• Patient Experience Excellence: Foster a welcoming and professional environment that prioritizes positive patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Clinical Mentorship: Actively supervise and coach junior nursing staff and learners to build departmental competence.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all nursing activities align with the ethical and professional standards set by the Department of Health (DOH) and Mediclinic policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Essential).

• Certification: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.

• Experience:

  • Essential: At least 2 years of nursing experience in your home country.

  • Desired: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience specifically in a Hospital Outpatient setting.

  • Bonus: Prior experience within the UAE healthcare system.

• Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication; Basic Arabic skills are a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

  • Deep understanding of international and local patient safety standards.
