Core Responsibilities & Impact

• Clinical Excellence: Deliver professional nursing interventions and high-quality patient care in strict accordance with DOH Abu Dhabi regulations.

• Vital Monitoring: Conduct regular patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer prescribed treatments with precision.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Act as a key liaison within a diverse medical team to ensure seamless patient transitions and holistic care outcomes.

• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation to ensure total transparency and regulatory adherence.

• Patient Advocacy: Provide emotional support and health education to patients, fostering a safe and supportive healing environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Licensure: You must possess a valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) License or a transferable DOH Eligibility Letter .

• Gender: Female (Required due to specific patient care needs and cultural sensitivity requirements).

• Experience: Previous clinical or hospital-based experience is highly preferred.

• Skills: Proficiency in patient assessment, strong verbal/written communication, and mastery of clinical documentation.

• Attributes: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
