Key Responsibilities

• Holistic Patient Assessment: Conduct systematic, evidence-based assessments to determine patient needs and clinical priorities.

• Care Coordination: Act as the primary link between patients, families, and the multidisciplinary medical team to ensure seamless care delivery.

• Safety & Quality Advocacy: Maintain a culture of safety by adhering to strict clinical protocols and international healthcare standards.

• Clinical Excellence: Implement personalized care plans, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.

• Licensure: A valid nursing license from the Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi or a recognized relevant authority is mandatory.

• Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Communication: Exceptional proficiency in English is required; Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable and considered a strong asset.

• Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a deep commitment to individualized patient-centered care.
