Extreme Marine is looking for a polished, proactive, and professional Female Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As the primary “face of the brand,” you will be the first point of interaction for our clients and partners. We aren’t just looking for someone to sit at a desk; We want a brand ambassador who can balance warm hospitality with the sharp organizational skills needed to keep a busy office running like a well-oiled machine.

In this role, you will be the central hub of our daily operations. From orchestrating a welcoming atmosphere to providing critical clerical support to our internal departments, your contribution will be vital to our professional image and operational efficiency. Core Responsibilities

  • First Impressions: Act as the elite first point of contact, greeting visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor that reflects the Extreme Marine standard.

  • Communication Hub: Master the switchboard by answering, screening, and directing incoming calls with clarity and professionalism.

  • Aesthetic Management: Ensure the reception and lobby areas remain immaculate, organized, and representative of a high-end office environment.

  • Logistics & Deliveries: Oversee the intake and distribution of all mail, courier packages, and deliveries with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Administrative Engine: Fuel office productivity by assisting with data entry, digital filing, and the preparation of essential documentation.

  • Resource Coordination: Monitor office inventory levels, coordinate supply orders, and manage the scheduling of meeting rooms to prevent overlaps.

  • Security Liaison: Uphold office safety protocols by managing visitor logs and controlling access to the premises.


Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a front-desk, hospitality, or customer-centric role is required.

  • Technical Savvy: Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily administrative reporting.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.

  • Professionalism: A sophisticated appearance and the emotional intelligence to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; specialized administrative or secretarial training is a distinct advantage.
