In this role, you won’t just be building websites; you will be engineering the “trader lifecycle.” From onboarding and funding to real-time payouts, you will develop the mission-critical tools that power a data-driven trading ecosystem. Working directly under the CTO, you will join a global team dedicated to shipping clean, efficient, and reliable frontend solutions that can handle the high-speed demands of the financial markets.

Your Technical & Product Mission

React Architecture & Real-Time UI

• Modern Stack Mastery: Develop and deploy robust, responsive interfaces using React and TypeScript.

• Real-Time Data: Support live trading updates and event-driven streaming using WebSockets, ensuring traders have sub-second data accuracy.

• Complex State Management: Build maintainable component patterns leveraging hooks, context, and libraries like React Query, SWR, or Redux.

API Orchestration & Security

• Advanced Integration: Connect to REST and GraphQL APIs, implementing sophisticated error handling, retries, and optimistic UI updates to maintain a seamless user experience.

• Access Control: Manage complex authentication flows, user roles, and secure data handling across the entire application.

Quality & Performance Engineering

• Automated Testing: Maintain a “test-first” mindset using Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright/Cypress for unit, integration, and E2E coverage.

• Lighthouse Optimization: Ensure all products meet strict WCAG accessibility standards and maintain top-tier performance scores.

• Data Visualization: (Nice to Have) Implement large-scale charts and data grids using tools like Recharts or AG Grid to visualize market movements.

What You Bring to the Team

• Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience developing modern web applications with React and TypeScript.

• Technical Depth: Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and component-based design (Tailwind or CSS-in-JS).

• Workflow Expertise: Proficient in Git-based workflows and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).

• Trading Context: (Nice to Have) Exposure to Forex, Prop Trading, or platforms like MT4/MT5/cTrader.

• Global Mindset: Excellent communication skills for a fully remote, multicultural team environment.
