Are you a technical guardian of quality with a focus on offshore electrical safety? Zeta Industrial Inspection Services L.L.C is seeking a QC Inspector Electrical to lead high-stakes inspections for our energy projects in Abu Dhabi.

In this role, you will be the final line of defense for electrical integrity in demanding Offshore environments. You won’t just be checking wires; you will be verifying that complex power systems—from high-voltage transformers to delicate Remote Terminal Units (RTUs)—are installed and tested to the highest industry standards. Your Technical & Inspection Mission

On-Site Inspection & Verification

• Systems Oversight: Execute detailed inspections on a wide array of equipment, including power transformers, switchboards, accumulator batteries, lighting systems, and cabling.

• Component Testing: Perform visual inspections, dimensional tests, and check ratings and materials for all electrical connections and tunings.

• Offshore Precision: Apply specialized knowledge to offshore construction and fabrication, ensuring systems are resilient against harsh marine conditions.

Quality Documentation & Compliance

• Record Keeping: Issue relevant Quality Records and maintain documents certifying all tests, controls, and inspections performed on-site.

• Non-Conformance Management: Identify deviations from approved procedures and standards; write and submit Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to the QC Supervisor for resolution.

• Standards Adherence: Ensure strict implementation of the approved Quality Control Plan and verify that all testing equipment is calibrated and fit for purpose.

Process & Personnel Validation

• Special Processes: Verify specialized electrical processes and ensure that all workers possess the necessary qualifications and certifications for their specific tasks.

• Safety Certifications: Apply your knowledge of ATEX and CompEx standards to ensure all electrical installations in hazardous areas are explosion-proof and safe.

What You Bring to Zeta

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical field.

• Industry Experience: 3+ years of dedicated experience in the Oil & Gas construction sector, specifically in Onshore/Offshore EPC projects.

• Mandatory Skill: Proven Offshore experience is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with applicable engineering standards and codes (IEC, IEEE, etc.) used during QC surveillance.

• Certifications: While not mandatory, ATEX, CompEx, or previous ADNOC approvals will give you a significant competitive advantage.

• Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
