You are responsible for transforming high-level architectural concepts into concrete reality while maintaining a 360° view of project health. Your Strategic & Operational Mission

360° Project Pilotage

• Conceptual Transformation: Act as the lead for translating architectural intent into buildable engineering solutions, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned from the definition phase.

• Interdisciplinary Synchronization: Facilitate high-level communication between architects, civil engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure a “clash-free” and synchronized workflow.

• Interface Management: Serve as the central nervous system of the project, acting as the primary point of contact to speed up decision-making and resolve conflicts.

On-Site Technical Leadership

• Work Monitoring: Provide a proactive on-site presence to support the construction management team, ensuring that operational execution matches the design specifications.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Anticipate site-specific challenges before they impact the critical path, implementing immediate technical solutions to keep the project moving.

• Risk & Profitability: Identify critical risk points early and propose optimizations to enhance operational efficiency and project profitability.

Contractual & Financial Stewardship

• Budgetary Control: Manage financial commitments strictly, ensuring that the project remains within the defined economic constraints.

• Contractual Compliance: Oversee service providers and contractors to ensure all parties fulfill their legal and technical obligations to the client.

What You Bring to Patriarche

• Academic Credentials: Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Project Management.

• Experience: Proven track record in project management, specifically in structuring and delivering complex building projects.

• Methodological Knowledge: Familiarity with international frameworks such as RIBA (Plan of Work) or PMI (Project Management Institute) standards.

• Language Skills: Fluency in Professional English is mandatory. Proficiency in French is a significant advantage, reflecting our global heritage.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to navigate a multicultural stakeholder environment.
