Your Strategic & Technical Mission

Engineering Orchestration

• Cross-Disciplinary Synergy: Lead the integration of Mechanical, Piping, Structural, and E&I inputs to ensure a cohesive technical strategy for offshore scopes.

• Deliverable Excellence: Review FEED documents, detailed design drawings, and vendor technical data to ensure 100% compliance with project specifications.

• Issue Resolution: Act as the primary technical interface between vendor engineers and project disciplines to close out technical queries (TQs) and design gaps.

Execution & Site Support

• Project Readiness: Partner with QC and Commissioning teams to drive system handovers and ensure “Ready for Start-up” status.

• Resource Syncing: Collaborate with planning and procurement to track long-lead items, critical materials, and engineering milestones against the project schedule.

• Safety & Integrity: Champion HSE design reviews, participate in constructability workshops, and lead technical risk assessments to ensure “Goal Zero” safety performance.

• Field Leadership: Provide real-time engineering support to offshore and remote site teams, ensuring designs are implemented accurately in the field.

What You Bring to the Team

• Professional Foundation: A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Industry Tenure: Minimum 8 years of hardcore EPC experience within the Oil & Gas sector.

• Technical Fluency: Deep knowledge of P&IDs, equipment layouts, and international standards (ASME, API, etc.).

• Software Mastery: Proficiency in ERP systems, AutoCAD, MS Project, and the MS Office suite.

• Elite Credential: ADNOC approval is highly preferred and will accelerate your candidacy.

• Resilience: A proven track record of managing competing priorities and a willingness to work in offshore or remote environments as required.
