This is a high-level leadership role designed for a career childcare professional who possesses the gravitas and expertise to manage a comprehensive nursery team in a high-profile, Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) environment.

As a senior figure in the household, you will not only provide direct physical care for the infant but also act as the Head of Nursery , supervising Maternity Nurses and baby carers. You are the architect of the child’s developmental journey, ensuring that every routine, milestone, and medical requirement is handled with “royal-level” precision. This role demands a refined individual who balances maternal warmth with the professional discipline required to maintain the standards of a Royal residence.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

• Team Supervision: Lead and manage a dedicated team of Maternity Nurses and baby carers to ensure 24/7 continuity of care.

• Developmental Planning: Design and oversee structured daily routines, feeding schedules, and educational milestones.

• Communication: Act as the primary liaison for the parents, providing detailed updates on the child’s physical and emotional well-being.

Elite Childcare & Healthcare

• Full Physical Care: Provide hands-on care for the infant, including hygiene, nutrition, and safety.

• Medical Oversight: Administer medications (with consent) and attend all medical appointments as the primary technical caregiver.

• Travel Management: Orchestrate all logistics for international travel, ensuring the child’s needs are met across different global locations.

Operational Excellence

• Nursery Standards: Maintain the nursery and all equipment to impeccable standards of hygiene and organization.

• Security & Discretion: Adhere to the strict security protocols and privacy standards inherent in a Royal Household.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Formal childcare qualifications and advanced infant development training are mandatory.
