Job Description

Job Duties

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of visa and immigration services, ensuring all documentation is processed within strict government timelines.

• Facilitate a wide range of government transactions, including MOFA attestations, Trade License renewals, and labor permits across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

• Manage high-volume visa applications for both Mainland and Free Zone jurisdictions, adhering to specific regulatory frameworks for each.

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and government service centers (e.g., Tasheel, Amer, and Immigration).

• Provide expert support for specialized visa types and administrative attestations required for corporate operations.

• Monitor changes in UAE labor laws and immigration legislation to ensure company compliance and updated internal policies.

• Maintain organized records of all government-related expenses, expiration dates, and pending transactions.

• Negotiate and resolve complex immigration issues or administrative blocks with relevant authorities.

Requirements

• Navigate complex government portals and immigration software with high technical proficiency.

• Communicate effectively in fluent English with clients, colleagues, and high-level government officials.

• Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to navigate administrative bottlenecks at government centers.

• Manage tight deadlines and high-pressure scenarios while maintaining professional customer service standards.

• Utilize Microsoft Office for detailed reporting and tracking of corporate legal documents.

• Operate a vehicle reliably across various government entities using a mandatory UAE driving license.

• Apply deep knowledge of both Abu Dhabi and Dubai government procedures to expedite operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Evidence a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a PRO or similar government relations role within the UAE.

• Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone visa processing protocols.

• Maintain a valid UAE driving license (Mandatory).

• Possess a proven track record of managing Trade License renewals and legal attestations.
