ÚCHÈ is seeking a highly skilled and educationally-focused Private Tutor and Nanny for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. This position is designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between high-level academic coaching and compassionate childcare.

In this role, you will be more than a caregiver; you will be an intellectual mentor. You are responsible for the holistic development of the children, which includes designing bespoke learning curricula that supplement their school education while ensuring their emotional and physical well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Academic Mentorship: Assist with daily homework, clarify complex school concepts, and design tailored learning activities to foster intellectual curiosity and growth.

• Holistic Childcare: Provide dedicated supervision and emotional support, ensuring the children feel secure, heard, and nurtured.

• Schedule Architecture: Plan and organize daily schedules that balance academic rigor with creative play, physical activity, and rest.

• Environment Management: Maintain a safe, structured, and stimulating environment conducive to both learning and relaxation.

• Developmental Tracking: Monitor and report on the children’s academic and emotional progress, adjusting tutoring methods to meet their evolving needs.

• Cultural Integration: Navigate the diverse social landscape of Dubai with patience, flexibility, and high cultural sensitivity.

Candidate Qualifications

• Educational Expertise: Proven ability to develop academic support systems tailored to specific age groups and learning styles.

• Childcare Mastery: Strong background in child supervision, safety protocols, and emotional development.

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact meaningfully with children and communicate effectively with parents.
