Key Responsibilities & Impact

• Foundational Literacy: Design and execute daily lesson plans that introduce phonics, vocabulary, and basic reading comprehension in an engaging way.

• Creative Instruction: Use storytelling, songs, rhymes, and interactive games to make the English language come alive for early learners.

• Holistic Development: Foster an environment that builds not just language fluency, but also the confidence, curiosity, and social-emotional skills of every child.

• Assessment & Feedback: Monitor developmental milestones and provide constructive, encouraging feedback to both students and parents.

• Classroom Stewardship: Maintain a safe, disciplined, and positive classroom atmosphere where children feel empowered to participate and experiment with language.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree (Education or English specialization preferred).

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in early childhood education.

• Linguistic Skill: Exceptional command of the English language with clear, accurate pronunciation.

• Pedagogical Skills: Proven ability to integrate play-based learning and phonics into a structured curriculum.

• Personal Attributes: High levels of patience, empathy, and genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
