Established in 2013, GGN is a pioneer in the UAE, blending the EYFS framework with the artistic and inquisitive Reggio Emilia approach. As a Preschool English Teacher, you will play a foundational role in our bilingual environment, fostering confidence and problem-solving skills in children aged one to five. We are looking for a “Heartist” in education—someone who understands that teaching at this age is about nurturing the whole child through play, exploration, and structured observation. Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement high-quality learning experiences that seamlessly integrate the British EYFS standards with Reggio Emilia-inspired provocations.

• Holistic Development: Support children across all seven areas of learning, focusing on emotional, social, physical, and cognitive milestones.

• Observation & Assessment: Conduct rigorous, meaningful observations and maintain detailed development records to track and report child progress.

• Classroom Environment: Create and maintain a “third teacher” environment—a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space that invites curiosity and independence.

• Parental Partnership: Build trust-based, professional relationships with families, providing regular insights into their child’s unique learning journey.

• Safeguarding & Safety: Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and child protection in accordance with UAE and KHDA regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) is highly preferred; Cache Level 3 is the mandatory minimum.

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar early years setting, with a proven track record of delivering the EYFS curriculum.

• Pedagogical Knowledge: A strong understanding of child development, assessment, and the ability to plan personalized learning paths.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to continuous professional improvement.

• Bilingual Spirit: While teaching in English, an appreciation for our bilingual (Arabic/English) mission is essential for team collaboration.
