Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Specialized Pediatric Care: Deliver evidence-based, patient-centric nursing care tailored to the unique physical and emotional needs of children.

• Clinical Mentorship: Act as a role model and mentor for junior nursing staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.

• Safety & Quality Assurance: Ensure strict compliance with international healthcare standards and Mediclinic’s rigorous safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in your home country. Prior experience in Pediatrics is highly preferred.

• Licensing: Valid Registered Nurse license; Must be eligible for DOH Abu Dhabi license.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional empathy, strong interpersonal communication, and a proactive approach to team leadership.
