Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a sophisticated and high-energy Pearl Club Bus Person / Assistant Waiter to join the elite front office team at one of our flagship luxury properties in Dubai. The Pearl Club represents the pinnacle of Hilton’s executive hospitality, offering a seamless blend of concierge-level service and premium food and beverage offerings.

In this hybrid role, you are much more than a traditional bus person. You are an integral part of the Executive Lounge experience , supporting both the Concierge and the F&B teams. Your goal is to maintain the “invisible” flow of the lounge—clearing tables with grace, assisting with the arrival and departure of high-profile guests, and ensuring that the club’s environment remains immaculate at all times. This is an ideal position for a hospitality professional with a “Front Office heart” and a refined service background who wants to grow within an ultra-luxury global brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Service: Provide impeccable food and beverage service within the Pearl Club, ensuring all offerings are replenished and presented to five-star standards.

• Lounge Stewardship: Maintain the aesthetic of the executive lounge by clearing tables, polishing glassware, and ensuring the lounge remains a quiet, pristine sanctuary for guests.

• Front Office Support: Assist the Pearl Club Concierge with guest check-ins and check-outs, providing a warm, personalized welcome or farewell.

• Guest Recognition: Anticipate the needs of executive-level guests, recalling their preferences and ensuring their stay is personalized and frictionless.

• Operational Synergy: Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to manage the transition between breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail services.

• Standards Adherence: Follow Hilton’s global luxury protocols, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to “extraordinary experiences.”

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in an ultra-luxury hotel environment (five-star/diamond rating) is highly preferred.

• Skill Set: A unique blend of F&B service skills (serving/clearing) and Front Office etiquette (concierge/reception).

• Passion: A genuine “obsession” with guest satisfaction and the ability to thrive in a high-expectation environment.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal English; the ability to converse confidently with VIPs and corporate leaders.

• Professionalism: Impeccable grooming, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a proactive “how can I help?” attitude.
