Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Production: Plan, light, and execute video shoots focusing on high-converting UGC and crisp product videography.

  • AI Enhancement: Use AI video tools and elements during the post-production phase to elevate visual storytelling and add a futuristic edge to content.

  • Social Optimization: Deliver polished edits specifically formatted and paced for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube , ensuring they meet the technical requirements of each platform.

  • Equipment Management: Utilize your own professional videography gear to maintain high-quality standards across all shoots.

  • Project Independence: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from the initial concept storyboard to the final color grade and export.

  • Deadline Discipline: Ensure all content is delivered within the fixed monthly schedule of 11 working days.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in professional videography and video editing (minimum 2–3 years preferred).

  • UGC Expertise: A deep understanding of the “UGC style”—creating content that feels relatable, fast-paced, and engaging.

  • AI Literacy: Hands-on experience or a strong willingness to integrate AI video elements into standard editing workflows.

  • Technical Ownership: Must possess professional-grade camera, lighting, and audio equipment.

  • Availability: Able to commit to a fixed schedule of 99 hours per month (approx. 11 working days) .

  • Portfolio: A digital portfolio or showreel demonstrating product-focused and social-first video work is mandatory .

  • Location: Must be currently residing in Dubai, UAE , for in-person shoots and coordination.
