Job Duties

  • Execute aggressive business development strategies to secure new B2B accounts within the sustainable packaging sector.

  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads across the hospitality, catering, and retail distribution industries.

  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and sales presentations highlighting the ROI of eco-friendly solutions.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts to expand the company’s regional market share.

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients to foster long-term loyalty and drive repeat revenue opportunities.

  • Recommend customized packaging solutions that align with the specific operational needs of F&B businesses.

  • Coordinate with internal logistics and marketing teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and service delivery.

  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales leads, active quotations, and finalized client agreements.

  • Monitor regional market trends and competitor pricing to provide strategic feedback to leadership.

  • Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and industry networking.


Requirements

  • Navigate the UAE B2B landscape with a deep understanding of local business etiquette and sales cycles.

  • Demonstrate high-level negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with C-suite stakeholders.

  • Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to identify untapped revenue streams in the green distribution market.

  • Communicate complex product specifications and sustainability benefits fluently in English.

  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of organization.

  • Utilize a valid UAE driving license to facilitate frequent on-site client visits and market exploration.

  • Leverage previous experience in F&B supply or packaging to provide expert technical advice to customers.


Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field of study.

  • Evidence 3–7 years of successful B2B sales experience specifically within the United Arab Emirates.

  • Possess a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding commercial sales quotas.

  • Demonstrate fluency in English (proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is considered a significant advantage).
