Job Description: Operations & Logistics Coordinator

Are you a master of organization who loves the “farm-to-table” movement? Organic Sano , a growing name in Dubai’s organic food scene, is seeking a proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage the heartbeat of our daily deliveries.

In this high-impact, part-time remote role, you will be the bridge between our fresh organic ingredients and our hungry customers. We need an efficiency expert who can juggle supplier procurement, kitchen coordination, and delivery scheduling without breaking a sweat. Key Responsibilities

  • Order Lifecycle Management: Oversee customer orders from the moment of confirmation through to successful doorstep delivery.

  • Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of premium organic ingredients and eco-friendly packaging.

  • Logistics Orchestration: Schedule deliveries and manage the communication flow between our kitchen teams and drivers.

  • Multi-Site Allocation: Efficiently organize and distribute order workloads between our two primary locations to maximize output.

  • Administrative Oversight: Maintain real-time order tracking, update inventory levels, and generate essential operational reports.

  • Problem Solving: Act as the “troubleshooter” for any logistical hiccups, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted daily flow.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous background in Operations, Logistics, F&B, or Administration is highly preferred.

  • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional ability to multitask and create structure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate between remote teams, suppliers, and staff.

  • Technical Comfort: Reliable internet connection and proficiency in digital tools for order tracking and reporting.

  • Detail-Oriented: A focus on accuracy to ensure inventory is correct and orders are allocated without error.

  • Commitment: Ability to commit to a 4-month temporary contract with a focus on long-term growth.
