Job Duties

• Setup Attractive Displays: Design and organize high-impact product displays on promotional stands and kiosks to capture customer attention.

• Conduct Live Demonstrations: Deliver engaging product presentations and live demos to explain technical features and benefits of mobile devices.

• Customer Engagement: Initiate meaningful interactions with shoppers to identify their needs and recommend suitable mobile products or operator services.

• Drive Sales Targets: Actively work toward achieving daily and weekly sales quotas through effective persuasion and lead closing.

• Provide Market Feedback: Distribute samples or promotional materials and collect customer feedback to share with the management team.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily customer interactions, stock levels, and sales achievements for submission to the agency.

• Point-of-Sale (POS) Management: Handle basic POS transactions and reporting as required during in-store or event-based activations.

Requirements

• Retail Sales Expertise: Apply a strong understanding of retail business operations and sales psychology to drive performance.

• Smart Presentation: Maintain an impeccably groomed and professional appearance suitable for representing premium technology brands.

• Dynamic Communication: Use persuasive and clear verbal skills to deliver presentations and handle customer objections effectively.

• Technical Aptitude: Quickly learn and explain technical specifications of mobile phones, accessories, and operator plans.

• Operational Reporting: Proficiency in stock management and sales reporting to ensure data accuracy.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while remaining goal-oriented under pressure.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.

• Experience: Proven background in retail sales or as a brand promoter, specifically within the consumer electronics or telecom sectors.

• Visa Status: Must possess a valid UAE resident visa (Husband, Father, University, or Freelancer sponsorship).

• Work Style: Reliable, energetic, and capable of working flexible part-time hours.
