Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Management: Professionally operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately.

• Customer Excellence: Act as the first line of support for customer inquiries, providing detailed information on product availability, book genres, and store policies.

• Returns & Exchanges: Manage returns and transaction adjustments efficiently while adhering to company guidelines.

• Financial Accuracy: Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure all transactions are documented correctly at the end of each shift.

• Service Enhancement: Suggest additional products or services (like gift wrapping or special orders) to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Skills: Basic mathematical skills and familiarity with retail POS software.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English (Arabic or other languages ​​are a plus).

• Attributes: Reliable, punctual, and capable of multi-tasking during peak store hours.

• Experience: Previous experience in a retail or cashiering role is preferred but not mandatory.
