Key Responsibilities

• Personalized Instruction: Plan and deliver bespoke Italian lessons based on each student’s specific level, needs, and academic requirements.

• Progress Tracking: Regularly observe and assess student performance, using data to refine future learning plans and improve educational outcomes.

• Environment Creation: Organize learning resources and create an engaging, positive atmosphere that encourages student confidence and participation.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional and effective communication with parents and carers regarding student achievements and well-being through the company’s reporting system.

• Goal Alignment: Collaborate closely with students to identify and achieve long-term linguistic and academic milestones.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience .

• Cultural Background: Must have lived, studied, or taught in Italy to ensure authentic language delivery and cultural insight.

• Academic Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree in Italian Language is required; A teaching degree or certification is a strong advantage.

• Logistics: Must hold valid UAE residency , be currently located in the UAE, and have the ability to travel easily to different locations within Dubai.
