As a Cognitive Trainer, you are not a traditional tutor; you are a “brain coach.” You will work one-on-one with individuals of all ages to strengthen the core cognitive skills—such as memory, processing speed, and attention—that make learning possible. Key Responsibilities

• One-on-One Training: Deliver high-intensity, interactive brain training sessions designed to improve cognitive performance in children and adults.

• Skill Strengthening: Focus on enhancing underlying skills including auditory processing, visual processing, logic and reasoning, and working memory.

• Progress Monitoring: Track and record student performance data to ensure they are meeting their fullest potential throughout the program.

• Client Engagement: Maintain a fun, motivating, and supportive environment that encourages students to push past their mental plateaus.

• Professional Development: Participate in specialized training provided by Dots & Links to master our proprietary brain-training methodologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Residency Status: Must be a female candidate on own visa (Husband or Father’s sponsorship).

• Cognitive Profile: Possess high processing speed and strong cognitive skills (you will be “walking the talk”).

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• Experience: 2 years of experience in training or working within a learning environment (with children or adults) is preferred.

• Commitment: Ability to commit to a 12-month contract, working 2–3 hours daily (afternoon shifts, no weekends).

• Location: Must be based in or able to easily commute to Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi.
