Job Description: Operations Manager (Mövenpick)

In this role, you will be the conductor of our operational symphony, overseeing the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Command: Direct the daily performance of Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to ensure seamless service delivery and strict adherence to global SOPs.

  • Financial Stewardship: Maximize GOP by exceeding revenue targets and maintaining rigorous cost control over payroll, supplies, and departmental expenses.

  • Guest Advocacy: Act as the ultimate service recovery expert, transforming guest feedback into repeat business and ensuring top-tier Guest Satisfaction Scores.

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead daily briefings with Department Heads, manage Duty Manager rotations, and foster a culture of high morale and continuous skill development.

  • Facility Oversight: Ensure both interior and exterior areas remain in pristine condition, managing the maintenance request process and engineering efficiency within budget.

  • Executive Support: Deputize for the Cluster General Manager in their absence, serving as the point of authority for day-to-day business and emergency response.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Rooms Division Manager within the luxury or upscale hospitality sector.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong background in cost management, annual budgeting, and investment planning.

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and leadership skills; Fluency in English is mandatory.

  • Linguistic Advantage:Proficiency inArabicis highly preferred; German or Russian is a significant plus.

  • Regional Insight:Prior experience within theUAE hospitality marketis strongly preferred.
