Are you a retail strategist with a passion for creating “world-class” moments of joy? Al-Futtaim, the exclusive franchisor for Toys “R” Us across the GCC, is seeking a high-energy Operations Manager to champion excellence across our regional showroom network.

In this role, you aren’t just managing stores; you are the architect of the customer journey. You will be responsible for embedding “The Al-Futtaim Way” into the DNA of every showroom, ensuring that every associate—from Dubai to Riyadh—lives and breathes a “Customer-First” philosophy. By bridging the gap between high-level strategy and floor-level execution, you will drive the engagement and retention that makes Toys “R” Us the region’s preferred destination for families.


Key Responsibilities

  • Cultural Leadership: Develop and sustain a culture of excellence through behavior, process, and facility management, ensuring “The Al-Futtaim Way” is consistently delivered.

  • Process Mastery: Implement and audit standardized sales processes across all GCC showrooms to ensure 100% compliance and a uniform brand experience.

  • Activity-Based Management: Drive a high-performance culture by installing sales prospecting and monitoring processes, shifting the management focus toward proactive activity.

  • Training & Development: Facilitate in-branch workshops and role-play sessions to sharpen associate behaviors and identify quality control actions.

  • Operational Reporting: Install and implement robust Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide accurate, real-time reporting on showroom performance.

  • Strategic Budgeting: Lead the budget planning process for the department, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support regional growth.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum experience in toy sales management within a franchised environment is essential.

  • Showroom Expertise: A profound understanding of end-to-end showroom operations and the retail sales lifecycle.

  • Change Management: Proven ability to lead organizational change, prioritize projects, and identify best practices in a fast-paced retail landscape.

  • Languages: Full professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are considered a significant advantage for regional coordination.

  • Influence: Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and gain commitment at all organizational levels.
