Crimson Global Academy (CGA) , a premier online school serving a global community across 65 countries, is seeking an Online Teacher for IAS Geography to deliver elite, one-on-one instruction.

In this role, you aren’t just a tutor; you are a mentor and curriculum specialist. You will move beyond traditional classroom walls to provide personalized, real-time learning on the Canvas platform. We are looking for an expert in IAS (International A-Level) Geography who can translate complex human and physical geographical theories into engaging, digital-first lessons. If you have a deep mastery of the Cambridge or Edexcel curricula and a desire for a flexible, remote role that prioritizes high-impact teaching, CGA is your gateway to the future of education.

Key Responsibilities

• One-on-One Instruction: Deliver high-quality, personalized Geography lessons in a virtual setting, tailoring your approach to the specific academic goals of each student.

• Curriculum Execution: Plan and execute comprehensive course schedules for IAS Geography, ensuring full coverage of the A-Level syllabus.

• Assessment & Feedback: Design rigorous tests and exams, set relevant homework, and provide targeted feedback to accelerate student performance.

• Resource Development: Contribute high-level educational materials and assessments to CGA’s global resource library.

• Digital Classroom Management: Efficiently manage your online environment via Canvas, keeping assignments and student progress data organized and accessible.

• Engagement: Use diverse digital tools and interactive strategies to foster a supportive and intellectually stimulating virtual classroom.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience (Level/Form 7-13) in a formal school setting. (Note: Tutoring experience is not counted towards this requirement).

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geography or a closely related subject area.

• Curriculum Expertise: Deep knowledge of Cambridge, Edexcel, or A-Level Geography curricula and examination standards.

• Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with online teaching platforms and a passion for innovative, technology-driven education.

• Commitment: Ability to dedicate 15–20 hours weekly for a duration of 6–9 months once assigned a student.

• Availability: Specifically needed for 7:00 PM sessions on Thursdays or Fridays (Russian Timezone/GMT+3).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification: Formal teaching qualification (PGCE, Degree in Teaching, or State Teaching License).

• Remote Experience: Previous experience delivering successful online education.
