Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD) is seeking a highly specialized Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our world-renowned Taussig Cancer Institute. This is an advanced practice role designed for a clinical leader who possesses the autonomy to manage complex oncology cases and the collaborative spirit to work within a multidisciplinary team of global experts.

As an Oncology NP, you will serve as a primary clinical architect for patients navigating the complexities of cancer treatment. From initial diagnosis and molecular profiling to the management of immunotherapy side effects and survivorship planning, you will provide a level of care that integrates cutting-edge medical science with deep human compassion. Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Clinical Management: Perform comprehensive physical assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests (biopsies, PET/CT scans), and formulate complex treatment plans.

• Therapeutic Intervention: Manage symptoms and toxicities related to chemotherapy, radiation, and targeted biological therapies.

• Patient Advocacy & Counseling: Lead family meetings to discuss prognosis, goals of care, and advanced care planning within a culturally sensitive framework.

• Multidisciplinary Leadership: Collaborate directly with Oncologists, Radiologists, and Surgical teams to ensure a seamless, “Patient First” experience.

• Research & Education: Participate in clinical trials and stay at the forefront of oncology nursing research to implement the latest evidence-based protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.

• Certification: National Board Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse (NP) in Oncology or a related specialty.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner , specifically within an oncology or acute care setting.

• Licensure: Eligibility for DOH Abu Dhabi licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse.

• Languages: Full proficiency in English is mandatory; Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred to support our local patient population.
