Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate physical, emotional, and intellectual growth in line with early years best practices.

• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, vibrant, and organized learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.

• Child Assessment: Observe and record student progress, tailoring your teaching approach to meet the unique needs of every learner.

• Communication: Maintain professional and empathetic relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s development and milestones.

• Collaborative Learning: Actively participate in mentoring and training sessions to stay at the forefront of KHDA requirements and global early years trends.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Must be qualified in Early Years with Cache Level 3, a Bachelor’s in Childcare/Education, HND, BTEC, or PGCE.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a professional nursery or early learning setting.

• Linguistic Skills: Native English Speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Personal Attributes: Passionate, committed, and possess strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Mindset: A creative spirit with a desire for continuous professional development and learning.
