Core Responsibilities & Impact

• Home-Based Clinical Care: Deliver personalized nursing or caregiving services tailored to the patient’s specific medical and emotional needs.

• Daily Living Assistance: Support patients with mobility, personal hygiene, and nutrition while maintaining their dignity.

• Vital Monitoring: Conduct regular health assessments and track vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the medical supervisor.

• Medication Management: Assist with or administer prescribed medications in accordance with your specific licensure level.

• Family Liaison: Act as a supportive bridge between the patient, their family members, and the wider multidisciplinary medical team.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required (particularly for Nurse and Nurse Assistant roles).

• Experience: 2 years of nursing experience is preferred.

• Gender: Female (Strictly required to meet the specific homecare needs and cultural preferences of the assigned cases).

Licensing & Certification

• Registered Nurses/Assistants: Must hold a valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) license, a UAE Eligibility Letter, OR a valid Home Country License.

• Caregivers: Must possess relevant Caregiving Certifications and practical experience.
