This role is designed for a clinician who excels at managing the “big picture” of a patient’s journey—bridging the gap between complex medical treatments and the patient’s understanding of their own health.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Care Orchestration: Coordinate multidisciplinary nursing care to ensure seamless transitions between departments and external providers.

• Direct Clinical Care: Perform comprehensive assessments and implement evidence-based nursing interventions according to SSMC standards.

• Health Literacy Advocacy: Develop and deliver personalized education plans for patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and post-discharge care.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to the DOH Abu Dhabi professional nursing code of conduct and international patient safety goals.

• Mission Alignment: Embody the values ​​of SSMC by providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care that prioritizes the patient’s physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited university.

• Licensing: Valid Registered Nurse license; Must be eligible for or hold a DOH Abu Dhabi license.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a high degree of empathy, and a natural aptitude for teaching and mentorship.
