Gaia Nannies is seeking an exceptional and highly qualified Newborn Rota Nanny for a prestigious family in Dubai . This role is designed for a career nanny who specializes in the “Golden Month” and beyond, providing world-class care for an infant in a high-profile, structured environment.

Operating on a 3-week rota system , you will partner with another professional nanny to provide 24/7 coverage. The family values ​​tradition, excellence, and scientific approaches to early childhood development. This position is ideal for Norland-trained professionals or those with equivalent elite-level experience who can offer both expert infant care and a calm, discreet presence within a high-net-worth household.

Key Responsibilities

• Elite Newborn Care: Manage all aspects of the infant’s life, including feeding, hygiene, and health monitoring.

• Rota Coordination: Work seamlessly with a co-nanny on a 3-week on / 3-week off (or similar) schedule, ensuring an impeccable handover and continuity of care.

• Developmental Architecture: Implement age-appropriate stimulation to foster cognitive, sensory, and motor skill development.

• Routine Establishment: Expertly guide the newborn towards healthy sleep associations and feeding rhythms.

• Travel Readiness: Accompany the family on international trips, managing all nursery logistics and infant needs during transit.

• Nursery Management: Maintain the nursery and baby equipment to a “five-star” standard of organization and sanitation.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Norland College training is highly preferred. Equivalent formal qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Maternity Nursing will be considered.

• Experience: Proven track record with newborns and infants in private, high-profile households.

• Temperament: Calm, professional, and emotionally intelligent. You must be able to provide expert advice to parents while respecting their final decisions.

• Discretion: A deep understanding of the privacy requirements inherent in working for a prestigious family.

• Commitment: Looking for a candidate seeking a long-term, stable placement (2+ years).
