This is a critical leadership role designed for a technical expert who can balance the rigors of enterprise-level infrastructure management with the strategic foresight required for high-stakes cybersecurity.

As the Network Team Lead, you will be the guardian of our infrastructure’s reliability and security. You will lead a team of engineers to maintain a “zero-downtime” environment while overseeing complex firewall architectures and VPN tunnels that secure our global data flow. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Direct and mentor the network engineering team, ensuring high performance, professional growth, and alignment with corporate IT strategies.

• Security & Firewall Management: Oversee the configuration and optimization of enterprise firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), and secure VPN gateways to safeguard against evolving threats.

• Infrastructure Reliability: Monitor and optimize network performance (LAN/WAN), ensuring maximum uptime and low-latency connectivity for all business-critical applications.

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Act as the final escalation point for complex network outages, utilizing deep-packet analysis and diagnostic tools to resolve issues in real-time.

• Systems Integration: Manage a diverse environment featuring both Windows and Linux server integrations, ensuring seamless cross-platform networking.

• Compliance & Best Practices: Implement and audit security protocols in line with international standards (ISO 27001/SOC2) and UAE local regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Significant experience in enterprise-scale networking, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in routing/switching (Cisco, Juniper, or HPE) and advanced firewall management (Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Check Point).

• Platform Knowledge: Strong proficiency in Windows Server environments and Linux distributions (RHEL/Ubuntu/CentOS).

• Security Focus: Proven experience with VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL) and a strong understanding of the “Least Privilege” security model.

• Attributes: Exceptional analytical skills, a methodical approach to crisis management, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
