Core Responsibilities & Impact

• Bespoke Lesson Design: Prepare and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that cater to the specific academic goals and learning styles of individual students.

• Flexible Delivery: Travel to students’ homes or offices for in-person sessions, or conduct engaging online lessons based on client requirements.

• Progress Monitoring: Rigorously assess student performance, providing clear targets and feedback so learners can achieve continuous improvement.

• EAL Specialization: Maintain a constant awareness of the specific needs of students for whom English is an additional language, ensuring language barriers are effectively bridged.

• Parental Engagement: Maintain transparent and regular communication with parents to discuss student milestones and growth areas.

Candidate Requirements

• Language: Must be a Native English Speaker (specifically American or British).

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (an Education degree is a significant advantage).

• Experience: At least 2 years of professional teaching experience.

• Legal: Must have your own valid UAE visa (freelance or family sponsorship).

• Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

• Mobility: A UAE Driver’s license is a major advantage for home/office visits.
