Job Description: Housemaid cum Nanny (Al Nahda, Dubai)

GSY International Groups is recruiting an active and highly experienced Housemaid cum Nanny for a family residence in Al Nahda, Dubai . This is a replacement role designed for a candidate who excels in balancing household management with dedicated childcare for school-aged children.

The ideal candidate will be calm, hygiene-conscious, and capable of managing a household independently. A significant benefit of this position is the overlap period , which allows you to receive a professional handover and training from the outgoing nanny, ensuring you are fully comfortable with the family’s specific routines and preferences before taking over the role completely.

Key Responsibilities

Childcare & Routine Support

• Morning Logistics: Managing wake-up routines, preparing breakfast, and ensuring children are ready for school.

• Schedules: Assisting with school preparations and maintaining a structured daily timetable.

• Afternoon Engagement: Providing supervision, organizing age-appropriate activities, and overseeing outdoor playtime.

• Evening Care: Supporting the family with dinner routines and wind-down periods.

Household Management

• Hygiene & Tidiness: Maintaining a clean, organized, and high-standard hygienic home environment.

• Kitchen Oversight: Managing dishes and ensuring the kitchen remains tidy and sanitized.

• Laundry Support: Handling light laundry and ironing (note: a secondary housekeeper handles the majority of the heavy laundry).

• Order Maintenance: Keeping wardrobes organized and taking initiative in day-to-day tidying without constant supervision.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of mandatory experience as a Nanny or Housemaid.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and Sinhalese is required (additional languages ​​are a plus).

• Location: Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Al Nahda immediately.

• Attributes: High level of independence, proactive “can-do” attitude, and a strong focus on hygiene.

• Availability: Prepared for a March 2026 start date.
