Job Description: Live-In Nanny (Al Wasl, Dubai)

Links Consultants is searching for a dedicated and energetic Live-in Nanny to join a private household in the Al Wasl community of Dubai. This role is specifically focused on providing a nurturing and structured environment for seven-year-old twin girls .

As a cornerstone of the family’s daily life, you will do more than just supervise; you will be an active mentor and caregiver. You will manage the girls’ transition into their primary school years, assisting with academic growth through homework support and managing their digital school portals. The ideal candidate is someone who finds joy in child development, possesses high organizational skills, and is comfortable navigating the fast-paced routine of a modern Dubai household.

Primary Responsibilities

• Holistic Childcare: Provide 24/7 (live-in) attentive care, ensuring the safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being of the twins at all times.

• Academic Support: Assist with primary school-level homework, manage school bags/uniforms, and use a computer to check school portals for updates and online submissions.

• Meal Management: Prepare nutritious, kid-friendly meals and snacks, fostering healthy eating habits.

• Creative Enrichment: Design and implement indoor and outdoor play activities that are both educational and fun.

• Child-Centric Housekeeping: Manage the children’s laundry, organize their bedrooms, and ensure play areas are tidy and hygienic.

• Logistics & Activities: Accompany the girls to extracurricular classes, playdates, or school runs as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: At least 2–3 years of professional childcare experience, specifically with school-age children (6–10 years). Experience with twins or multiple children is highly preferred.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in Tagalog (Required) and strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Technical Savvy: Comfort using a laptop/tablet for managing school emails and online forms.

• Personality: Patient, trustworthy, and high-energy. You should be someone who genuinely enjoys the company of children.

• Safety: Knowledge of First Aid and CPR is considered a significant advantage.
